To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
You may register only one Account per person. Creating multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings. paus33 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts based on personal information, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, and behavioral patterns.
Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

Most deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are credited to your Account instantly or within minutes. E-wallet deposits are typically instant. Deposits made outside of banking hours or on weekends may experience slight delays depending on your bank's processing schedule.
If your deposit does not appear in your Account balance within the expected timeframe, contact our customer support team immediately with your transaction reference number and proof of payment.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your paus33 Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal or illegal activity. paus33 reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds at any time, particularly for large deposits or withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension and funds being held pending investigation.
You may request a Withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, provided that your Account is fully KYC-verified and you have met all applicable wagering requirements for any active Bonuses. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing by paus33.
The minimum withdrawal amount is typically Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your Account status and verification level. paus33 does not charge fees for withdrawals; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by our finance team during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 Western Indonesia Time / WIB). Standard processing time is 1 to 24 hours from the time of request, provided your Account is fully verified and all required checks have been completed.
Withdrawals requested after business hours, on weekends, or during Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Additional processing time may be required for large withdrawals or if enhanced due diligence checks are necessary.
paus33 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any Withdrawal, including but not limited to verifying your identity, reviewing gameplay history, checking for irregular betting patterns, and requesting additional documentation. In such cases, Withdrawals may be delayed until all checks are satisfactorily completed.
paus33 may offer various Bonuses and promotions to Users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.
Bonus terms are displayed on the promotion page and in your Account dashboard at the time of claiming. It is your responsibility to read and understand all applicable Bonus terms before opting in to any promotion.
Most Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "turnover" requirements), which specify how many times you must wager the Bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a Bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 30 times the Bonus amount.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10% to 20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are specified in the Bonus terms.
paus33 takes Bonus abuse seriously. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any other conduct that violates the spirit of the promotion.
Any User found to be abusing Bonuses or engaging in fraudulent activity will have their Account immediately suspended or terminated, all Bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and deposits may be returned (less any administrative fees) at paus33's sole discretion.
All Bets are subject to acceptance by paus33. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any Bet at any time before it is confirmed, for any reason including but not limited to suspected fraud, technical errors, odds errors, or violation of betting limits. Once a Bet is confirmed and a confirmation receipt is issued, it cannot be changed or canceled by the User.
paus33 sets minimum and maximum betting limits for each game and market. These limits vary by sport, game type, User Account status, and other factors. We reserve the right to adjust betting limits for any User at any time, particularly for Users who demonstrate consistent winning patterns or professional gambling behavior.
Sports bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body or federation. If an event is canceled, postponed, or abandoned, bets may be voided and stakes returned, or the bet may stand depending on the specific circumstances and the rules for that sport or market.
For mix parlay (accumulator) bets combining multiple selections, all selections must win for the bet to be successful. If any selection is void, the parlay will be recalculated excluding the void selection.
All casino games, including slots, live dealer games, table games, and other offerings, are governed by their individual game rules as displayed within each game. In the event of any discrepancy between game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters relating to that game.
All casino games on paus33 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streaming to ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results are final and cannot be disputed once the round is complete.

paus33's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your Account in the three months preceding the claim, or Rp 1,000,000, whichever is lower.
paus33 is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your Account, technical failures, interruptions in service, errors in game software, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will investigate your complaint and respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7 business days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, you may escalate the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution service. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
By using paus33, you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Jakarta, Indonesia for all disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
